    Very professional, straightforward, and clear on what information was needed to get pricing. After we approved Garrett to proceed with the window glass replacement, their installation tech did a great job. We didn’t even need to touch up the paint, as he neatly caulked the stop molding edge and nail holes after reusing the same nail holes from the original. The polycarbonate replacement looks clean and clear in the large old window sash. Thank you!

Like it’s more easy to be nice as it takes much more energy to be indifferent. They were just marvalous to work with and I must mention Dayne the tech who worked on my broken window and made it right. He was most professional, as good and as nice could be.
