Garretty Glass replaced the glass in one window. It looks perfect!
Ordering a new shower door was so easy! They sat down with us and listened to what we were looking for, showed us various options and we chose what we wanted. They measured our enclosure and then discussed pricing which was not bad for a custom door. We agreed, gave a deposit and they said they would call us when the door came in, which was expected to be in 2 to 4 weeks. Just had the door installed and it looks beautiful! Mike and Tyler did an excellent job with the installation as well as cleaning up after themselves. Very courteous and respectful of our surroundings. They also gave us a squeegee and glass cleaner. It was stress free from start to finish. We had others out that didn’t have any pictures of doors or options to show us, they wanted us to commit to a price without fully knowing what we were getting and give us a deposit! Garrety Doors was definitely the way to go!
Garrety Glass has done multiple projects for us. They have all been done with attention to detail. If needed, I will use their services again – gladly.

Hard work and detailed craftmanship is hard to come by these days. Alika and Garret did a fantastic job replacing an old bay window with casement windows, along with installing new basement windows in our home. Alika’s professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process did not go unnoticed. Another bonus is that they left the home cleaner than when they arrived! until the weather got too ugly. Came the next day and finished up. Removed boots when they had to work inside. Used a vacuum as they went, although I didn’t see any dirt or debris. The only thing is I could not talk them into washing the windows. Communication was good, when I needed to ask about the screens that came with the windows. They worked with me to correct the issue I had with the screens.

We had the 4 track vinyl window system installed in our breezeway. It will not only serve our outdoor needs but is BEAUTIFUL ! What a positive experience w/ the Garrety installers! Namely Nick and his crew. They worked through 20 degree days, snow, 30 mph winds and never missed a beat .The project took longer than expected and these fellas stayed til dark on the last day to complete. And going one step further, one of the fellas actually cleaned up our dirty downspout before replacing it so it would look nice against the new vinyl. Talk about customer service ! We are so pleased! And also need to mention Tiffany in the Garrety office, such a pleasure to deal with. Garrety is blessed to have them.

Had a custom class shower door designed and installed by Garrety for our original 1970’s master bathroom. The design is modern and classic at the same time and totally fits in with the style of the bathroom. Great quality of glass/hardware. Installation was timely and professional. Garrety called me back the same day I put in an online query, scheduled an appointment for a few days later, and the rep they sent out gave me a detailed, honest estimate with samples. He even called their supplier on site to check stock on the hardware. A few weeks later, I have a beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass enclosure around my shower. Mike F and Marc were on time, polite, and professional, and they finished the install in less than a day. Probably the most pain-free part of redoing our bathroom. Would definitely recommend.
