Don made us feel at easy and explained every step of the process from how the awning material is made to the installation process. Tyler and the installation crew were very professional even made sure that I was ok with the height of the awning then adjusted level to my liking. Very professional company from sales to installation, love my new awning.

Garrety Glass did a great job on replacing the window panes in our house. They were always quick to respond and had the job done on time. We will use them again in the future and recommend them. Keith Hallam was easy to work with and Chastin did a great job installing the windows.

Got an old storm glass replaced, and they figured out how to fix it for me, even though the company that makes the frame no longer was in business! They hurried for me since they knew I had an open window that day. Great service!

Ordering a new shower door was so easy! They sat down with us and listened to what we were looking for, showed us various options and we chose what we wanted. They measured our enclosure and then discussed pricing which was not bad for a custom door. We agreed, gave a deposit and they said they would call us when the door came in, which was expected to be in 2 to 4 weeks. Just had the door installed and it looks beautiful! Mike and Tyler did an excellent job with the installation as well as cleaning up after themselves. Very courteous and respectful of our surroundings. They also gave us a squeegee and glass cleaner. It was stress free from start to finish. We had others out that didn’t have any pictures of doors or options to show us, they wanted us to commit to a price without fully knowing what we were getting and give us a deposit! Garrety Doors was definitely the way to go!

Garrety Glass has done multiple projects for us. They have all been done with attention to detail. If needed, I will use their services again – gladly.

Hard work and detailed craftmanship is hard to come by these days. Alika and Garret did a fantastic job replacing an old bay window with casement windows, along with installing new basement windows in our home. Alika’s professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process did not go unnoticed. Another bonus is that they left the home cleaner than when they arrived! The installation by Alika and Garret was as professional as it can get. Arrived on time and cleanup was good. Customer service communication with Nick about the question I had about the screens was excellent.

until the weather got too ugly. Came the next day and finished up. Removed boots when they had to work inside. Used a vacuum as they went, although I didn’t see any dirt or debris. The only thing is I could not talk them into washing the windows. Communication was good, when I needed to ask about the screens that came with the windows. They worked with me to correct the issue I had with the screens.

Garrety called me back the same day I put in an online query, scheduled an appointment for a few days later, and the rep they sent out gave me a detailed, honest estimate with samples. He even called their supplier on site to check stock on the hardware. A few weeks later, I have a beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass enclosure around my shower. Mike F and Marc were on time, polite, and professional, and they finished the install in less than a day. Probably the most pain-free part of redoing our bathroom. Would definitely recommend.
