Wow, how exciting a company with great customer service and professionalism! After searching for over a year for a retractable awning we found Garrety. Things went great right from the start. The salesman Jeff, came to our home in Maryland and understood what we were looking for and had the right product for the project. Then came the installation. Nick and his helper arrived on time, and completed the work in a timely manner. The work they did exceeded our expectations. We now look forward to using Garrety for all of our future home improvements.

We had Garrett Glass screen in our back porch did a fantastic job we’ve been enjoying it with family and friends. Had some storm damage to the screens got in touch with customer service and they came out promptly and replaced the damaged screen I highly recommend Garrety Glass if you our looking to add on a sun room or any other addition.

From start to finish Garrety was not only professional, but they had a constant line of communication with me. They advise when the window order was place, when the expected date of delivery would be and as such schedule my replacement windows as promised. The installation was seamless, even though one of the windows was damaged in shipping it was installed, and the installer ordered a replacement as soon as he realized there was an issue. The installer was very professional and everyone cleaned up after themselves. What a pleasure it was working with this company. I would definitely recommend them for your next project whatever it may be.

I was in a very difficult situation. I actually had an appraiser coming to the house the following day and the repair man name AnaTolii Identify the very difficult situation regarding my window and immediately adapted to the situation and fixed it on the spot.
