From start to finish Garrety was not only professional, but they had a constant line of communication with me. They advise when the window order was place, when the expected date of delivery would be and as such schedule my replacement windows as promised. The installation was seamless, even though one of the windows was damaged in shipping it was installed, and the installer ordered a replacement as soon as he realized there was an issue. The installer was very professional and everyone cleaned up after themselves. What a pleasure it was working with this company. I would definitely recommend them for your next project whatever it may be.

I am providing two stars because the salesperson did a great job for the sale of my retractable awning project. Everything after the sale and order process became a hassle with Garrety Home. I will not recommend this business. The process to have it scheduled was done vaguely, and then it was incorrectly scheduled by Garrety on the day it was supposed to be installed and the install team never showed up. Garrett did not communicate well either. It got rescheduled again and then the communication on that day again was very minimal. The crew was several hours late, and called to ask if they could reschedule because “they have plans that Friday night and didn’t want to miss them.” I said no, and when the installers arrived, he said no one in scheduling told him the awning was on the second floor and could not be done with two guys. So, we had to reschedule yet again a week later. The sales person offered to have a couple shutters installed for me due to all the hassle, which was great, however, the installers ended up dropping the shutters on my family member’s car causing a dent in the roof which Garrety ultimately had to pay for. The whole process was nothing but a hassle after the sale and communication was not handled well. I recommend looking elsewhere before using Garrety for any home needs.

**EDITED** We recently had two sliding glass doors installed by Garrety Home Pros. The initial installation had several issues, and honestly, for the price, I expected a little better attention to detail from the start. However, once I brought my concerns up, Garrety came back out and took the time to address everything. They stood behind their work, fixed the issues, and checked back in to see we were satisfied with the final result. While the process was more frustrating and drawn out than it should've been, I do appreciate that they followed through and made it right.
