Never showed up for their appointment to give me a window estimate. I called to see if anyone was coming after waiting over half an hour and the call was answered by an answering service that was supposed to have someone return my call. It's been 24 hrs now, and still now call back. I wouldn't waste my time with this company. Very poor customer service.

Please reach out and ask for Jack, one of the owners, and I assure you we will make this right. We strive to treat everyone the way we would like to be treated and missing an appointment, even if we tried to reschedule is not something we should do.

Garrety did an excellent job screening in my deck. They kept me informed, were on time each day, and kept a clean job site. I reccomend Garrety to anyone looking to screen in their deck.

Garrety did a 1st Class job replacing 3 of my sunroom windows and a large stationary door window. Keith provided a very reasonable quote and was very considerate in scheduling the work, particularly due to some special requirements that I needed. Anatolii was quick, professional, and very meticulous cleaning up after the job. Garrety Home Pros are a pleasure to deal with and I HIGHLY recommend them for your home needs.

Outstanding service and quality work. Jeff our salesman was very professional and explained the qualities of our new awning in great detail which assisted us in making the correct buying decision.
