The correct windows that were replaced were exact size that was removed. They were put in quite professionally and everything was back to normal when they were done and they cleaned up like they were never there.

We have been wanting to replace our back door and add a deck onto our house for a while now and I am so happy we went with Garrety! The whole process was great. We told them our vision and they helped us bring it to life. Everyone involved in the planning and building was wonderful! We are looking forward to many summer nights out on the deck! We will definitely reach out to them again for any possible future projects. Side note: the lack of grass is from our dogs. Not Garrety ☺️

Never showed up for their appointment to give me a window estimate. I called to see if anyone was coming after waiting over half an hour and the call was answered by an answering service that was supposed to have someone return my call. It's been 24 hrs now, and still now call back. I wouldn't waste my time with this company. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately, it was necessary for us to reschedule, please know we made multiple attempts to contact you by phone, but I don't think your voicemail is set up yet so we couldn't leave a message. Please reach out and ask for Jack, one of the owners, and I assure you we will make this right. We strive to treat everyone the way we would like to be treated and missing an appointment, even if we tried to reschedule is not something we should do.
