I cannot say enough great things about my amazing basement transformation by Chastin Kline and Nathan Taylor! My house was built back in the 1920's and I've lived here for 3yrs. The flooring, stairs, and popcorn ceiling were replaced. The stone fireplace was removed. All of the windows were replaced and bathroom remodeled. There were plumbing issues that were fixed. They framed the new windows! There is so much natural light in my basement that I now have to get some curtains lol. I have so many photos and videos but I do want to share a couple. They don't do this transformation justice. The guys were very warm and friendly and kept me updated on everything! Again, I cannot say enough about this experience. I am so thoroughly pleased. We are delighted with our Garrety built 4 season sunroom. Colt Epley and his crew did an incredible job in spite of the weather they had to endure.Shannon worked tirelessly with him. each day. First off they had to shovel their way into the build site as it was the first big snow,two more snows followed but the work never stopped.This last week it rained, snow showered and misted the work never stopped. They dug 3 foot deep holes in frozen ground. Colt communicated with us on a daily basis. keeping us informed of progress as well as what was coming. The men were polite respectful of us ,plants and property. They continued to be patient with all.our questions and were very knowledgeable. They took pride in their work, paid attention to details and cleaned up everyday, left the work site neat and organized. We highly recommend Garrety home Pros for their high quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. Thanks again Colt Epley and Crew.

We have used Garrety Home Pros for three projects now with a full sunroom and deck the latest project. Gary our salesman worked patiently with us as we decided whether to get just a deck, 2, 3 or year around sunroom. He explained all options and we eventually went with an all season room with a small deck. Dalton the installer did an excellent job in building the room and deck. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made some recommendations that would have never occurred to us and we chose to take his advice. While building the sunroom he built temporary steps so that our new decking would not be damaged or dirtied during construction. We had 61 windows that were fogged and lost their seal. We had prior estimates to do glass replacement but the prior company declined to take on our job out of fear that the glass would not match. We then considered window replacement; however the cost was more than we wanted to spend. Garrety Home Pros was referred to us by a neighbor. They came out and gave us a very detailed explanation of their process, took window measurements, matched our glass. We were extremely satisfied with the completed product.
