Your people like the Saleman Dan Gingrich made it easy to want your quality products. Dan explained every step to the installation and showed us how the awning works. And explained what the process is to getting shower doors. The awning I just love, I've been wanting this for years. The crew that came and installed are very good at their job. The precision measurements and cuts needed to complete our project was huge! Marc Shaffer and Micah Bodisch were so pleasant and respectful to work with. We were doing a near-exact replacement of a wooden platform deck in the side of our yard that backs up to a garden area. Our salesman Gary assured us that Garrety could recreate what we currently had. We were initially going to do wooden railings again, but Gary showed us some nice black aluminum railing that we decided to upgrade to, as it would match our canopy structure and avoid mason bee damage. Work began promptly. We were always given updates on when workers would be coming over, and Josh was a great installer! All the guys involved with the project were courteous, neat, and efficient! The deck is built on a very sturdy foundation. I watched a lot of the process, and it was amazing! The finished project looks wonderful!

Install was quick and we’re certainly happy with the final products. If you are unable to work from home, be mindful that appointments are typically early during a weekday and may require a day off from work. Communication was excellent and they were happy to make adjustments throughout the project!

We had two window panes that needed replacing because they had huge cracks in them, and the entire process was absolutely wonderful. Fanilya was the most supportive person throughout setting up the entire process and went above and beyond to help us get everything situated, and Chaz was wonderful when it came to the actual installation! We were very impressed with Gary (salesman) and his thorough presentation. Having all available colors and also a prototype of the actual awning hardware was very helpful in making our selection. The installers, headed up by Dalton, were also very thorough and in sync with each other to safely install our 25’ wide awning.
